客戶(hù)反應(yīng)他的別克車(chē)在行駛30000km后,突然感覺(jué)到?jīng)]有剛買(mǎi)時(shí)那么動(dòng)力十足,連車(chē)庫(kù)入口處一個(gè)很小的坡道都爬不上,非要猛踩油門(mén)到3000r/,才能勉強(qiáng)爬坡,另外車(chē)輛起步到達(dá)中高速80~90km/h后,再往上提速就很困難。

將擋位掛到空擋“N”,加油門(mén),發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速能達(dá)到5000~6000r,且發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行聲音正常,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)無(wú)故障。
Put the gear into neutral "N" and the accelerator, the engine speed can reach 5000-6000r, and the sound of the engine is normal, and the engine is trouble-free.
將車(chē)子用舉升機(jī)抬起,掛到各個(gè)前進(jìn)、后退擋位,踩下油門(mén),車(chē)輪都能正常轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),用接桿聽(tīng)變速箱左右兩端軸承處,沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)異響聲音。將接桿放到變扭器處的主動(dòng)鏈輪支架軸承處檢查,也沒(méi)有異響,整個(gè)變速箱沒(méi)有特別異常的聲音。將變速箱與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)接口處的防塵罩取下,在停車(chē)擋時(shí)檢查變扭器的溫度,屬于正常范圍。

Place the connecting rod at the bearing of the active sprocket bracket at the torsion converter for inspection, and there is no abnormal sound in the whole gearbox. Remove the dust cover at the interface between gearbox and engine and check the temperature of the torsion converter when stopping, which belongs to the normal range.
將車(chē)放下,拉出自動(dòng)變速箱的油尺,發(fā)現(xiàn)油質(zhì)稍微有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)深色且有淡淡的油焦味,但還屬于正常狀態(tài)。

將車(chē)開(kāi)到車(chē)間外一個(gè)小坡處,掛上擋,松開(kāi)剎車(chē)踏板,車(chē)子竟然沒(méi)有動(dòng),加油門(mén)到3500r/min,車(chē)子開(kāi)始慢慢起步,再將擋位掛到1擋,不加油松開(kāi)油門(mén)踏板,車(chē)子還在原地不動(dòng)。將擋位掛到倒擋“R”,出現(xiàn)同樣的情況,只有猛踩油門(mén)車(chē)子才會(huì)移動(dòng)。

檢查T(mén)ECH 2中的DTC故障碼,發(fā)現(xiàn)有兩個(gè)故障碼,分別是P0756、P0758,汽修資源微信1106037754此為2-3換擋線圈功能性缺陷和電氣故障。在行駛中用TECH 2檢查變速箱運(yùn)行時(shí)的各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù):1-2擋的換擋時(shí)間正常,2-3擋的換擋時(shí)間是2.5s,大大超出正常范圍,3-4擋的換擋時(shí)間也正常,檢查發(fā)現(xiàn),盡管各個(gè)擋位的換擋時(shí)間都在行駛中變化,但變速箱的齒輪比始終是在1.0左右(0.98-1.02),沒(méi)有變化。
