汽油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),當(dāng)混合氣(空氣與燃油充分的混合)在進(jìn)氣行程進(jìn)入燃燒室后,活塞在壓縮行程時(shí)便將其壓縮,火花塞將高壓混合氣點(diǎn)燃后,其燃燒所產(chǎn)生的壓力則轉(zhuǎn)換成發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的動(dòng)力。

發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃燒雖可以用三言兩語(yǔ)簡(jiǎn)單的形容,但光是內(nèi)燃機(jī)的燃燒研究,不知已造就了多少博、碩士論文,甚許多學(xué)者、工程師窮其一生都在研究燃燒的學(xué)問,所以要真正了解發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),是要花很多工夫的。

正是因?yàn)榘l(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的燃燒十分復(fù)雜,所以需要有相當(dāng)精確的設(shè)計(jì)與控制,稍有一點(diǎn)控制失誤或是失常,便會(huì)造成不正常燃燒,而“爆震”就是一種不正常燃燒。簡(jiǎn)單的說(shuō),爆震是不正常燃燒所導(dǎo)致的燃燒室內(nèi)壓力失常。

造成爆震主要有以下幾點(diǎn)原因:

一、點(diǎn)火角過于提前:
1、 Too early ignition angle:
為了使活塞在壓縮上止點(diǎn)結(jié)束后,一進(jìn)入動(dòng)力沖程能立即獲得動(dòng)力,通常都會(huì)在活塞達(dá)到上止點(diǎn)前提前點(diǎn)火(因?yàn)閺狞c(diǎn)火到完全燃燒需要一段時(shí)間)。而過于提早的點(diǎn)火會(huì)使得活塞還在壓縮行程時(shí),大部分油氣已經(jīng)燃燒,此時(shí)未燃燒的油氣會(huì)承受極大的壓力自燃,而造成爆震。

發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)于燃燒室內(nèi)過度積碳,除了會(huì)使壓縮比增大(產(chǎn)生高壓),也會(huì)在積碳表面產(chǎn)生高溫?zé)狳c(diǎn),使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)爆震。

三、發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)溫度過高:

發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)在太熱的環(huán)境使得進(jìn)氣溫度過高,或是發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)冷卻水循環(huán)不良,都會(huì)造成發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)高溫而爆震。
If the engine is too hot, the intake air temperature is too high, or the engine cooling water circulation is not good, it will cause the engine high temperature and knock.
四、空燃比不正確:
4、 Incorrect air fuel ratio:
過于稀的燃料空氣混合比,會(huì)使得燃燒溫度提升,而燃燒溫度提高會(huì)造成發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)溫度提升,當(dāng)然容易爆震。
If the fuel air mixture ratio is too thin, the combustion temperature will increase, and the increase of combustion temperature will increase the engine temperature, which is easy to knock.
五、燃油辛烷值過低:
5、 Low octane number of fuel:
辛烷值是燃油抗爆震的指標(biāo),辛烷值越高,抗爆震性越強(qiáng)。壓縮比高的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),燃燒室的壓力較高,若是使用抗爆震性低的燃油,則容易發(fā)生爆震。
Octane number is an index of knock resistance of fuel. The higher the octane number is, the stronger the knock resistance is. The engine with high compression ratio has high pressure in combustion chamber. If the fuel with low shock resistance is used, it is easy to knock.
