驅動橋殼曲折變形的簡易查驗方法如下:

1、半軸中心位置比照法關于裝有半軸套管的后橋殼,此法比較簡便。
1. Comparing the central position of the half-axle with that of the rear axle housing with the half-axle casing, this method is relatively simple.
①將輪ft外端面修平,其端面擺差。
(1) Leveling the outer end face of the wheel ft to eliminate the end face sway error.
②將兩端輪v裝到后橋殼上,按規(guī)則調好輪毅軸承緊度;將標準半軸裝上,從橋殼中部裝入減速器的孔中,測試左右兩半軸中心位置端頭是否對正,來判斷橋殼有無曲折變形。兩中心之差,大修允許值為0. 75 mm,極限值為1. OOmmo
(2) Install the two end wheels V on the rear axle housing and adjust the tightness of the wheel bearing according to the rules. Install the standard half axle into the hole of the reducer from the middle of the axle housing, and test whether the end of the center position of the left and right half axles is right to judge whether the axle housing has bending deformation or not. 2、查驗棒查驗法用比橋殼長50mm,直徑比半軸套管內徑小2mm的查驗棒,刺進整個套管內,如能自由轉動,為基本符合要求。不然,即為曲折變形超限。
2. Inspection rod inspection method uses inspection rod which is 50 mm longer than the bridge housing and 2 mm smaller than the inner diameter of the half-axle casing to penetrate the whole casing. If it can rotate freely, it is basically in line with the requirements. Otherwise, it means that the tortuous deformation exceeds the limit.
3、拉線查驗法在半軸套管內穿一細線,線的兩端伸出管外,并懸以重物使線拉直,細線如能和管內孔壁均勻貼合,即為符合要求。為查驗精確,應沿管內孔圓周每隔45“檢測一次。
