拆卸火花塞及點(diǎn)火線圈查看后無異常,由于無缺火及單獨(dú)缸混合氣異常,說明噴油嘴無異常,用儀表測(cè)得 燃油低壓壓力為0.5Mpa,與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值誤差不大,空氣流量為13.5kg/h 為正常,讀取節(jié)氣門開度時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)故障出現(xiàn)時(shí)開度忽大忽小,可見是由于配氣造成得,再?zèng)鲕噯?dòng)時(shí)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)電腦會(huì)使混合氣比較濃,但不應(yīng)忽大忽小。此可見 要么是在近氣過程中漏氣,要么是進(jìn)氣管或氣門有積碳影響進(jìn)氣效果。

查看節(jié)氣門發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)碳不算特別嚴(yán)重,清洗后裝回,故障依舊。拆卸進(jìn)氣管查看管道及氣門,發(fā)現(xiàn)氣門積碳嚴(yán)重,使用清洗劑將氣門及管道清理干凈后,恢復(fù)并刪除發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)效值,試車怠速不穩(wěn)得問題已經(jīng)解決,但加速仍稍微不足,師傅判斷應(yīng)是進(jìn)氣管道內(nèi)得機(jī)油積碳卡滯引起進(jìn)氣歧管上DISA閥損壞,經(jīng)拆卸 閥1無法正常工作 閥2 無法完全打開。更換試車后故障排除。
