側滑是指車輪胎面在前進過程中的橫向滑移現(xiàn)象。
Side slip refers to the transverse slip of wheel tread in the process of advancing.
汽車側滑一般是指前輪側滑和制動側滑。
Vehicle side slip generally refers to front wheel side slip and brake side slip.
前輪側滑是指前輪前束和外傾角不匹配(外傾角產(chǎn)生的側向力和前束產(chǎn)生的側向力不平衡),使汽車在直線行駛時產(chǎn)生向左或向右的偏移現(xiàn)象。它反映的是汽車直線行駛的穩(wěn)定性。

前輪側滑量過大的危害

前輪側滑量若在允許的范圍(GB7258-1997《機動車運行技術條件》規(guī)定不大于5m/km),對車輛使用沒有大的影響,但側滑量過大時,危害很大。

(1) Influencing driving stability.
側滑量過大時,會出現(xiàn)轉向沉重,自動回正作用減弱,方向明顯跑偏,車頭搖擺(車速50km/h以上時)等現(xiàn)象。
When the side slip is too large, the steering will be heavy, the auto-correcting effect will be weakened, the direction will be obviously deviated, and the headstock will sway (when the speed is over 50 km/h).

汽車前輪側滑的檢測是通過側滑檢測儀進行的,按照GB7258-1997《機動車運行技術條件》中的有關規(guī)定進行判斷,要求車輛前輪側滑不大于5m/km.
Vehicle front wheel side slip detection is carried out by side slip tester. According to the relevant provisions of GB7258-1997 "Technical Conditions for Safety of Motor Vehicle Operation", it is required that the vehicle front wheel side slip is not more than 5 m/km.
(1)檢測前的準備。接通側滑檢測儀的電源預熱半小時,并對儀器進行自檢;被檢汽車輪胎氣壓應符合標準;要輪胎上粘有的油污、水漬或花紋溝槽內的小石子。
(1) Preparing before testing. The power supply of the side slip tester is preheated for half an hour and the tester is self-checked. The pressure of the tyre should be up to the standard. The oil stain, water stain or pebbles in the pattern groove should be removed from the tyre.
?。?)檢測方法。使被檢車輛沿行車指示線以3~5km/h的車速勻速通過側滑檢測儀的滑板。
(2) Detection methods. The tested vehicle passes through the skateboard of the side slip detector at a uniform speed of 3-5 km/h along the driving indicator.
?。?)檢測注意事項。檢測時車速一定要控制在規(guī)定的范圍內,并使前輪平穩(wěn)通過側滑檢測儀;當車輪通過側滑檢測儀時不得操縱方向和使用制動;不能讓超過側滑檢測儀允許載荷的汽車上滑板。
(3) Notices for testing. When testing, the speed must be controlled within the prescribed range, and the front wheel should pass the sideslip tester smoothly; when the wheel passes the sideslip tester, the direction of control and braking should not be used; and the vehicle should not be allowed to slide on the sliding plate beyond the allowable load of the sideslip tester.
?。?)檢測分析。當前輪通過側滑檢測儀時滑板向外移動(側滑為正),表明車輪前束太大或負外傾太大;若滑板向內移動(側滑為負),表明車輪外傾太大或負前束太大;若滑板不移動,表明車輪沒有側滑量,則前束與外傾配合恰到好處。
(4) Detection and analysis. At present, when the wheel passes through the side slip detector, the skateboard moves outward (the side slip is positive), indicating that the front harness of the wheel is too large or the negative camber is too large; if the skateboard moves inward (the side slip is negative), the front harness is too large or the negative front harness is too large; if the skateboard does not move, indicating that the wheel has no side slip, the front harness matches the outside camber appropriately.
